We are completely out of dry cat food, if you are able to help and donate it would be greatly appreciated! Could also use some more wet cat food 😊 donations can be dropped off at Bausers, thank you!!!

Reminder: the box only gets filled 1x a day. It is becoming increasingly obvious that a select few are taking all the cat food at one time, leaving nothing for anyone else.

We started this box as a way to help the community get through a day or two, not to feed large collections of community cats. We do not receive enough donations to keep up with the need of community cats and our stock pile is getting very low.

If you are taking care of a community, please visit the humane society or Pinellas county animal services food pantry where you can get large amounts at a time.

Just a friendly reminder that we Do Not accept open bags of food for the bark box. The reason being that we cannot validate the safety of the product and if left open in the box they get filled with ants as well. As always, we appreciate your donations but want to ensure no animals get sick off food from the box. Thank you!!

We wanted to say thank you to Dunedin Pet Supply for the amazing donations we have received this month! This is only HALF of what has been donated as the rest has already been put out in the Bark Box! If you’re not already a customer of this great local Pet Supply store, we implore you to stop in and check them out! Great specialty food, grooming, self dog bathing station and so much more! Even stuff for your smaller micro pets as well!

BauserWeen 2024 Fundraiser!!
Since this event is usually held around Halloween, we decided to mix the two amazing holiday's of Christmas and Halloween; and have a NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS themed fundraising event!!!

Time: 1pm-6pm

Benefiting: Rescue Not Retail Dunedin, a 501c3 Non-Profit Animal Rescue/Resource Provider, and the Community BarkBox!!!!

Live Music: The Howler Monkeys 1-6pm

Dog Costume Contest!!!! Dress your best furry friend in something scary or sweet for our amazing contest (you can dress up too, actually its encouraged) !! 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes; Halloween or Christmas dress apparel!!

Our now FAMOUS Dunk Tank: Battle of the Bartenders!
Be sure to stop by and DUNK your favorite Bartender and see which bar raises the most money!! Last year Sully’s Bar took the win, wonder who it will be this year? Participating Bartenders to be announced, so stay tuned!!
