Today Aries bravely faced some of life’s greatest challenges…😂

A Mexican restaurant full of food, smells, people, and the mysterious incoming call from Tequila.

Two GIANT packages of toilet paper and paper towels being awkwardly carried through Target by his handler (me).

A reactive pet dog who apparently missed the memo about minding their own business and should NOT have been in Target.

Aries’ response?

“Not my circus. Not my burrito.”

He maintained a beautiful heel, followed every command, settled quietly in the restaurant, ignored distractions, and acted like a finished service dog the entire time. Meanwhile, I was waddling through Target carrying enough paper products to survive a natural disaster..😂

At one point, Aries could have:
-Pulled me over
-Dragged me to the snack aisle
-Started a conversation with the reactive dog
-Embarrassed me in public

Instead he chose:
✅ Manners
✅ Focus
✅ Stability
✅ Being the goodest boy ever!!!

Service dogs aren’t measured by the days when nothing happens. They’re measured by the days when everything happens and they still make it look easy. 🫶🏼

Needless to say, I am ridiculously proud of this boy. Not even a week working together!

Meet Aries from Savannah, GA! Over the next few weeks, he’ll be participating in our Service Dog Training Program, where we’ll focus on building the skills and confidence needed for success in public and at home.

So far, Aries has been doing an excellent job with:
✨ Public access training
✨ Following commands in distracting environments
✨ Maintaining focus around people, carts, and store activity
✨ Building confidence and engagement with his handler

Service dog training is about much more than obedience; it’s about learning to remain calm, neutral, and reliable in real-world environments. Aries is already showing us that he has what it takes, and we are excited to watch his progress continue!

Way to go, Aries! 💜🐾

People love to judge the tool… without understanding the behavior behind it.

Lulu isn’t learning “obedience” because it looks cool on social media. She’s learning impulse control, accountability, and how to safely navigate the world around her.

A properly conditioned ecollar isn’t about fear. It’s about communication, clarity, and reliability when it matters most. 🐾⚡

The goal will always be the same: a dog that can make better choices, experience more freedom, and safely live within their family.

Lulu took on Greer City Park like a pro yesterday. 🐾✨
We worked through confidence building, holding commands around heavy distractions, and continuing her e-collar foundation training — all during a busy music event.

New environments can be overwhelming for some dogs, but Lulu is learning that calm, focused behavior still applies even when the world gets exciting around her. So proud of how well she handled the crowds, sounds, and activity while staying engaged and working hard. 💛
