🐾 Just a Friendly REMINDER: No-Shows & Last- Minute Cancellations 🐾🐾🐾🩷🩷🩷

First, I just want to say how much I appreciate each and every one of you who trusts me with your fur babies. It truly means the world to me! 🐶✂️

As most of you know, I’m a home-based dog groomer and a single mama to two amazing kids. 🤩💜 Every appointment is not just a time slot — it’s a vital part of keeping my small business (and life!) running smoothly.

Lately, I’ve had a growing number of no-shows or last-minute cancellations — sometimes just an hour or two before the appointment. I 100% understand that life happens (I’m a parent too! 😉)and emergencies come up. But when appointments are missed without notice, it becomes incredibly difficult to fill that spot on short notice, and it does have a big impact on my day and my ability to support my family.🙏

✨ With that said, here is a gentle reminder of my updated cancellation policy:
🔹 Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
🔹 No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a fee before booking your next appointment.

❤️❤️ This isn’t meant to be harsh — it’s simply a way to help keep things fair for everyone and ensure I can continue doing what I love (and what your pups hopefully love too! 🐾💗) I wish this were just a hobby for me, but this is essentially my livelihood.☺️☺️💜💜
