"To me, the coolest thing to see at work is progress.

When I get a new grooming client that is very anxious or reactive, and over time they start to open up and enjoy coming to see me… I think that’s the coolest!

When a dog comes to see me that usually only gets groomed once a year and we are able to find a solution that fits their schedule and budget and I get to see the dog more regularly … I think that’s the coolest!

When pets come in with skin issues or mobility issues and all of our departments work in tandem and we start to see measurable change in the dog, I think that’s absolutely awesome."
