Happy 10th birthday to my Fitzy Foo. On paper it's 4/16 but I missed it (middle child problems) and he gives more Ta**us vibes than Aries so I'm guessing his made up birthday is wrong. I can't believe he's 10 and still see him as the awkward 1.5 year old I adopted. In the past 8.5 years I've seen him grow into a more confident and happy dog. He makes me laugh all the time and is just the best guy. Happy birthday to the dog that brings out the best feral qualities in all of us, Fitz Gerald.

happy 13th birthday to my sweetest girl. I am grateful for every day I have with her. Indy is the best sidekick I could have ever asked for through my 20s and now through my 30s. how lucky am I to have a beach day with my beach babe who can still run and romp with the young bucks.

New classes start tomorrow! Limited spots left!

Come!! Here!! Now!! Are you ignoring me? TREAT!

If that's what you sound like when you're calling your dog, this class is for you. Whether your goal is off leash fun or just not fighting when it's time to come in from the yard, all dogs should have a good recall!!

Classes will be at a park in Roxborough. Please have a 30-50 foot long lead. Message me if you need a recommendation.

Join us to get your dogs ready for summer fun right by your side. Because beer tastes better when your dog is with you. In this 4 week course we'll be working on skills needed to be able to settle by your table, wait in line, leave food, and walk calmly!

Dogs should be dog and people friendly/neutral, as we will be working close to others!

I can't believe my sweet girl is turning 13 next week. I'm so lucky to have had Indy by my side while I figured out life. I don't know how I would have made it through my 20s without her.

all of her color has been kissed off of her face now. except the eyeliner.

I really love fearful dogs. I love being one of the first new people they learn to trust. I love when they open up and they are so FUNNY. playing with Josie is like joking around with your gal pal. maybe a little more rough and tumble than your average gal pal. she started opening up at the end of the second lesson, by the third lesson she played with me. by the fourth we were besties. we moved from toy play to social play and today she even gave me a loosey goosey belly. So proud of her! send me all of the scaredy dogs!

Rudy is half lab half German shepherd and he loves to put things in his mouth. but not when I want him to, apparently!! This is probably the hardest time I've had teaching him something, most things are pretty straight forward with his brain, which is nice! Fetch is a hard cue to teach dogs but I didn't think it would be this hard with him! problem solving and getting creative is what we need to do when we're training dogs. they are not one size fits all. with Indy I taught her "hold" with junk mail. with clients I often teach it with a spatula. So far the white claw with a sock on it is best for Rudy, but that might change next time!

reactivity isn't cured overnight, you see little improvements and changes and then eventually it feels like you have a new dog! proud of Brie and Lola ❤️
