This picture popped up on my memories of my girl Sophie and my good friends daughter who is now in 2nd or 3rd yr of college. I posed them having a tea party. Input hotdogs in Sophie’s tea cup so it looks like she’s having tea. Such a fun shoot from my photography days. I miss my girl so much. She was the best pup.

For 1,165 days, Lily has been living in our shelter, waiting patiently for someone to choose her.

She is our second longest dog resident, right behind Smokey.

Three years ago, Lily was rescued from a life of cruelty, but you’d never guess this was her past.

To this day, she wakes up grateful for a second chance. She will play with her favorite stuffy toys for hours and is eager to be outside her friends who have taught her so much.

Lily's journey has been filled with ups and downs, yet she brings so much joy to every single heart she encounters. Now she is ready to finally leave shelter life behind and find a family who will cherish her for the beautiful soul she is.

She would like to be the only pet, but we promise she has so much love to give, you won’t need another.

Description: Medium chihuahua mix, could have some shepherd in him. No more than 20lbs. In tact make, friendly but very shy and nervous.

For PET OWNERS that take their dogs to lakes and creeks, please read this warning from Morgan & Patrick Fleming.

This morning we thought, it’s so hot! Let’s go to the lake! We took our sweet Arya to the lake and had the best day playing ball and swimming around! About 30 minutes later on the drive home, we noticed her making weird noises and she threw up and pooped in the car. We called our vet on the drive and they suggested we take her in. By this point our girl couldn’t even stand. They told us she was in critical condition so we took her to the ER. By the time we got there, she was brain dead. Today was absolutely awful. We lost our fun, loving, and crazy girl to what we can only assume was a lake toxin such as blue green algae. Arya, no dog will ever replace you in our hearts. We already miss you more than you could know. I hope you’re running around like a wild girl with all the other boarder collies in doggo heaven ♥️

I had the best week with Sarge and Luna. I love watching siblings they are so cute/crazy together. I love Sarges coloring he’s gold. Him and Luna are both so beautiful 💖💙
