Origami Stables offers lessons, boarding, training, layup, camps, clinics and shows. We pride ourselves on taking care of each horse as individuals with different personalities and needs. Our lesson focus is teaching a strong proper foundation in equitation and well rounded horsemanship that will take a rider in any direction they want to go in the future. We take our riders up through beginner eq

uitation classes and on to hunters, jumpers and lower level eventing. I instill a solid foundation on the flat and over fences that will allow a horse to easily move on to higher levels with his next owner. I do not rush a horse but work at a pace and progression that is customized to each individual. My experience has a broad range, having learned from some of the best. It includes Hunters, Jumpers, Eventing, Fox Hunting, Polo, TB & SB racing. I help rehome OTTBs by either fostering, advertising or checking references.

Yesterday was our 1st In&Out of the season. It was also the 1st one with an ST option! The riders were so excited that several opted to add XC last minute. I hope you enjoy this video compiling shots from the day.

First off farm show this year, at Snapdragon. The girls all moved up, learning happened, fun happened and some ribbons happened. I know some people thought it was cold but after this past winter, it was rather nice out! Avery got some decent ribbons inn the Mod Hunters. Lily and Jed were Champion of Mod Hunters. Lily and Paloma both earned a ribbon in a very tough large Jr Eq division. Paloma and Jolene were Champion 2'6" jumpers. Definitely looking forward to what this show season will bring for these girls.
