We understand that not every grooming appointment or schedule is the same. Every pet has different needs, temperaments, and grooming requirements, and appointment times may vary to ensure each animal receives the care and attention they deserve. Our team is always happy to answer questions and explain our grooming process.
We also believe that kindness and respect go both ways. Our staff is committed to treating every client with courtesy and professionalism, and we ask that the same respect be shown to our team. We will always do our best to address concerns through calm, respectful communication, but abusive, hostile, or threatening behavior toward our employees will not be tolerated.
For over 22 years, we have been honored to serve this community and care for thousands of beloved pets.
