We have no idea what the mission was.

One kitten appears to be conducting a surprise wrestling match.

The other appears to be screaming legal objections.

Neither party seems interested in sleep.

Bedtime at Purrfect Peaches is less “sweet dreams” and more “tiny gremlins fueled by chaos and bad decisions.” 😹

Good night from the babies who will spend the next 30 minutes arguing over absolutely nothing before passing out in a pile together. 🩷

Just a quick heads up, friends!

Purrfect Peaches Cat Rescue will NOT be holding adoptions on Sunday this week so our volunteers can spend Father’s Day with their families. ❤️

Female • Black Kitten • FIP Survivor • Professional Overcomer

Some kittens get dealt a tough hand.

Knight looked at that hand, knocked the cards off the table, and decided she was going to win anyway.

This incredible little girl has already survived more than most cats face in a lifetime. She lost one of her eyes, battled FIP, and somehow came through it all with her sweet spirit, loving heart, and absolutely zero interest in feeling sorry for herself.

In fact, Knight seems to have reached the conclusion that she is the main character—and honestly, we agree.

✨ One eye? Still gorgeous.
✨ Survived FIP? Like a champion.
✨ Loves attention? Absolutely.
✨ Wants cuddles? Constantly.
✨ Looking for sympathy? Not even a little.

Knight is affectionate, playful, and full of personality. She loves people, enjoys soaking up attention, and has perfected the art of making humans fall completely in love with her within minutes.

After everything she has overcome, we aren’t looking for just any home for Knight. We’re looking for the kind of family that sees how extraordinary she is. The kind of home that understands they’re not adopting “the kitten with one eye.”

They’re adopting a warrior.

A survivor.

A tiny black panther who refused to quit.

Our Longest Resident 💔

We’re not going to pretend Liddy isn’t moody sometimes… because she absolutely can be. She has opinions, sass for days, and isn’t afraid to let you know exactly how she’s feeling. 😌👑

But what we can tell you is that Liddy is full of personality, endlessly entertaining, and a true volunteer favorite. The people who know her best adore her for exactly who she is.

Liddy isn’t particularly fond of other cats, and after spending so long in a rescue environment, our instincts tell us that the right home could reveal an entirely different side of this beautiful girl. A quiet home where she doesn’t have to compete for attention may allow her to finally relax and let her guard down.

Because of her strong personality, we don’t think a home with small young children would be the best fit for Liddy. She would thrive with adults or older, cat-savvy kids who understand and respect her boundaries.

And here’s a little secret… Liddy does seem to have a soft spot for men. 🩷

Not every cat is a social butterfly, and that’s okay. Some cats are wonderfully complex. They make you earn their trust, and when they choose you, it means something special.

Liddy doesn’t need a perfect family. She just needs her family—someone who appreciates a little sass, a lot of personality, and the possibility that beneath that spicy exterior is a cat who’s been waiting far too long for someone to see her worth.
