Today is Colorado Gives Day, a day dedicated to supporting the nonprofits that mean the most to you here in Colorado.
Rocky is one of the animals that benefits from donations and our community support. He came back in March and was very scared and unsure about everything.
Staff and volunteers have worked extremely hard to build his trust and confidence, and he has made significant improvements. He also has battled with some medical concerns and is hopefully on the right path to getting his condition under control.
More often than not, animals in the shelter are like Rocky and require both behavioral and medical support while in our care. That is why when you donate, you are giving hope to animals that they can have a new beginning despite having more needs.
