✨ A Quick Note on Pricing & Tipping ✨

We want to talk briefly about tipping and pricing. We charge what we are worth so we can continue to provide high-quality, safe, and loving care for your pets. Tips are always appreciated but never required.
If our price increase means you’re able to continue being a client but not tip — that is completely okay. Your support of our business truly means the world to us, and we appreciate you.
📌 Pricing Update:
All grooming services will increase to $1.85 per minute (currently 1.58 per minute) This is HANDS ON TIME ONLY

🛁 Completely ALL-INCLUSIVE Grooming
All grooms include SO POSH professional products and perks, including:
• Color-enhancing shampoos
• Medicated shampoos (as needed)
• Deep conditioning masks
• Coat oils
• Teeth gel
• Nail filing (if tolerated)
• Bandanna or bows
• Nose & paw oil/cream
• Seasonal scented shampoo/cologne (optional)
No add-on surprises — it’s all included 💕

🐾 Client Scheduling Options
🌟 Monthly Clients (VIP)
Thank you for trusting us to help maintain your pet on a monthly basis.
Perks include:
• Regular pricing + 10% discount
• Priority booking & preferred days (when available)
• Take-home treat
• Annual scheduling
⚠️ Please note: Rescheduling is not always available and cancellation fees still apply.
After 2 late cancellations (less than 24 business hours) or no-shows, the monthly discount will be forfeited and you may be removed from the monthly rotation.

🐶 8-Week Clients
We appreciate your commitment to your pet’s health and coat care.
Perks include:
• Regular pricing
• Annual scheduling
⚠️ Please note: Rescheduling is not always available and cancellation fees still apply.
After 2 late cancellations or no-shows, you may be removed from the 8-week rotation, lose annual booking, and move to appointment-by-appointment scheduling.

Perfect for those with unpredictable schedules or uncertain grooming needs.
• No pre-booking
• Limited availability
• Pricing may be higher on average due to coat length and condition

One-on-One Grooming (additional service fee)
• Set appointment time
• Groom completed straight through
• Pickup required within 30 minutes of completion
• Must be requested at time of scheduling
• Not available with all groomers or on all days
