Look at all that hair! 😳🐾
Stanley the Goldendoodle got LOTS of special attention from Claire during his spa day — and we’re pretty sure he walked out feeling 100x lighter! 💜

Did you know Goldendoodles can shed? While they may inherit the Poodle coat, they can also inherit shedding traits from their Golden Retriever side. Stanley had a ton of dead, loose undercoat hiding in there that needed to come out!

This is why a proper deshed and brushout can make such a difference. Thorough bathing, conditioning, drying, brushing and combing help release all of that loose coat and keep the healthy coat doing its job.
It can be tempting to think “he has so much hair, just shave him down so he isn’t hot!” , shorter doesn’t necessarily mean cooler! Their coat plays an important role in helping regulate body temperature, so sometimes what they really need is all that dead, loose coat removed.

Meet Vinny. 💜
At just 6 months old, this handsome Kerry Blue Terrier gets his “big boy” haircut—and we may be a little biased, but we absolutely love our terriers!
Vinny is every bit a terrier—full of energy, character, and plenty of opinions. 😂
There’s something extra special about getting to watch our puppy clients grow up, gain confidence, and grow into those big-kid haircuts.

And yes… we really do play spa music in the salon. ☺️💜

Micah, a sweet Goldendoodle, spent the afternoon with his groomer, Sam, for a one-on-one spa day. 💜
