Have you met AnnMarie, our Client Service & Front End Operations Manager? 😀
AnnMarie oversees our front desk and client service team. Her main focus is to ensure daily operations run as smoothly as possible for both our staff and, most importantly, our wonderful clients. From managing scheduling and communication to handling team training and support, AnnMarie’s ultimate goal is to foster a welcoming, organized, and deeply compassionate environment where both pets and their people feel genuinely cared for from the moment they step through our doors.
AnnMarie was very excited to join the team at MountainView Veterinary Hospital because of the hospital’s strong focus on compassionate care, client relationships, and creating a welcoming experience for both pets and their families. She sees value the concierge-style approach to client service and loves helping create an experience where clients feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout their visit. She was also excited by the opportunity to be part of a team that values collaboration, growth, and high-quality medicine while still maintaining a personal and supportive environment. It felt like a place where she could combine her passion for veterinary medicine, leadership, and elevated client care to make a meaningful impact.
