I did a session on a person in Salida. The cats were with me and Patty cat wanted to help. Animals are attracted to energy work!

Energy moves. It moves in your body but it also moves around us. In our home, sometimes that energy gets stuck. Even in places where our animals live energy can get stuck and cause them to have strange behaviors. I come to your home or to a physical place that you need to have energy moved. I use sound and crystals to shift the energy in your space. The result? A lighter feel, motivation, balance and calm and a fresh start.

I haven't done a puppy post in a while. LouE just turned a year in July and not going to lie, there were some trying times! He had some real puppy moments that tried our patience. But he really tries and you can see him thinking through his actions. And yes, we did several communication sessions which helped a lot! Recently he had a day where he ran zoomies off leash, played with dog friends, jumped in the river whenever he wanted, rolled in dirt and chewed on sticks. It was a perfect dog day.

This past weekend I was able to join the small animal day at the Level 3 Healing Touch for Animals class. You get to bring your dog to class and CherE is an old pro at this. Level 3 HTA includes learning two energy techniques and detailed training on how to use essential oils on animals. I took this class probably 5 years ago so it was nice to sit in on it again and remember things I forgot!

LouE has discovered the raspberry bush. Many fruits are safe and healthy for dogs to eat!

Many of my clients come to me because their pet hurts. They have been to specialists, they've gotten tons of very expensive tests, and they have tried many medications. Their favorite family member is still uncomfortable. What do you do?
You schedule an energy and communication session. This will give you information on what level of pain they have and how and where they feel it. We can find where the discomfort starts from an energetic source and offer support to help your pet feel better.

I often get called to support humans and their animals for aging pets and pets in ill health. Lately I have had several of these sessions. Pet parents want to know: Is my pet in pain? Are they ready? Do they want or need something? Do they know I love them? Can you tell them I will be ok?
Energy work helps prepare their soul and body and the communication helps clear a path for both of you to let them move on. It still isn't easy.

Sometimes you just need a little more information! Charlie Bear was a recently adopted dog and joined a family of 3 other dogs and 2 cats. All the animal family would go up and down the stairs with no problem. Charlie Bear would not. When asked, he didn't know what was at the top of the stairs. And he was a little afraid of heights. After his energy and communication session, he tackled his fear and went right to the top!

That feeling when your favorite store is closed. She was still annoyed even when I explained to her that the store isn't open yet. I finally convinced her to walk away when I said we would come back.

As yoga in the park wraps up, I shared my view while in shavasana. Remember your self care. You can only be of service to others if you care for yourself. Find your moments.
