💘 Valentine’s Couples Sunset Hike 🌅
Imagine reaching this view just as the sun begins to set, sharing the quiet, the light, and the moment together. 🌅
Spend Valentine’s Day immersed in nature with someone you love at Devils River State Natural Area – Dan Allen Hughes Unit.
This special hike is a chance to slow down, unplug, and reconnect with both nature and each other. We’ll take on a moderate 6-mile hike to the Devils River Overlook, where we’ll pause to watch the sun set over one of the most beautiful landscapes in our region.
The park is approximately a 40-minute drive, and part of the hike will continue after dark, offering a rare opportunity to experience the transition from daylight to night under open skies.

What to bring:
• Comfortable hiking clothes and sturdy shoes
• A flashlight or headlamp
• A snack
• Layers for changing temperatures
Transportation:
🚐 We have 7 couple spots available in the van
🚗 You may also take your own vehicle (additional information will be collected)
