Today we found Grace’s threshold. Meaning- how close can I get before she says “too much!!!” It is hard to stay within that sometimes. You have to really be listening to the horse, and your own body as when connecting you can feel them too. So we find that sweet spot, and work to find releases there. It is human to want to push beyond it sometimes, but working within it- that is where the true trust, growth, and connection happens.
