We just joined the pack and we’re starting our Platinum Package training with our hooman, Trainer Hannah! ✨

💛 Right now, we’re a little shy… but we’re ready to work on being braver, walking nicely on our leashes, and maybe even chasing our big dreams of becoming therapy dogs someday.

We know it’s gonna take practice, treats, and lots of tail wags, but we’re ready to try our best!

Apparently, I’m starting this thing called the Platinum Package with Trainer Brianna. They say it’s for my “manners” (whatever that means 🙄).

So here’s the deal:
🚶‍♂️ I guess I’m gonna try walking politely… even though pulling is more fun.
👂 They want me to listen even when squirrels are around — HA! We’ll see. 🐿️
🙅‍♂️ Oh, and apparently jumping on people is “not polite.” (But like… have they tried being THIS excited to see someone?)

Anyway, I’ll give it a shot… mostly ‘cause there’s treats involved. 😎🍪

This sweet girl has worked so hard on her journey to becoming a well-behaved, confident pup, and the results speak for themselves! ✨🐶

Margo can now stroll on leash like a pro with her handler, greet visitors with a calm and friendly demeanor, and even made her first debut in a store! 🛍️💛 Through it all, she’s gained so much confidence! Her humans can now rest easy knowing they have control over Margo!

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. We're grateful to be able to train service dogs for veterans, especially through our partnership with Vets Helping Heroes.

Join our fast-growing pack here at Dog Training Elite! Our team is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person with a passion for helping our Brand grow and ensuring our users operate to the highest potential on the systems/tools provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions on various brand-wide systems, including the CRM, G-Suite, Twilio, LearningZen and DogStar DMS
• Document and communicate user account details per franchise to the billing department for accurate Tech Fee billing
• Provide support on user system issues as they arise
• Manage various pilot and Beta programs to improve systems as needed, identifying key regional participants, and gathering feedback to determine a brand-wide fit
• Plan, develop, and conduct individual and group training related to brand-wide systems
• Monitor system production to ensure compliance and quality
• Develop documents and videos for automated system procedures, manuals, and requirements
• Promote a culture of feedback and communication as we work to improve processes
• Help identify process improvements
• Help implement process changes
• Create, enhance, and improve various documents and videos on a bi-lingual scale
• Coordinate projects with other team members as needed

Salary: $44,000 with potential increase after 90-day review
Benefits:
• Medical/Dental benefits
• 10 days paid flex time (after 90-day probationary period)
• 2 paid volunteer days per calendar year
• Dog Training Services for personal dogs
