Dynamite Dog Training is looking for an experienced, high-energy Dog Training Manager to lead our fast-paced Delray/Boynton Beach team!
If you’re passionate about dogs, thrive in a fast-moving environment, love working with people, and have leadership experience in dog training — this could be the perfect fit. 🐶💥
We’re looking for someone who can:
• Lead and motivate a team of trainers
• Oversee daily training operations, classes, private sessions & board-and-trains
• Deliver an exceptional client experience
• Stay organized, tech-savvy, and calm under pressure
• Step in as a lead trainer when needed
• Help drive growth and keep our programs running smoothly
What you’ll need:
✔️ 2+ years of dog training experience
✔️ Management / leadership experience
✔️ Strong computer and scheduling skills
✔️ Positive reinforcement training knowledge
✔️ Reliable transportation
✔️ Flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
✔️ A passion for dogs and people 🐾🐾
