Bow Wow Thrift

“Luxury shopping at Thrift Store pricing”!

We are excited to announce Bow Wow Thrift, a (501c3), will open it’s doors to the public November 7th for your thrift shopping pleasure.

Our hours of operation are:
Monday -Friday 10 to 5.
Saturday- 9-5.

We are planning several exciting fundraiser events in the future. Check in with us often. You won’t want to miss out on the fun!

Our mission:
We are dedicated to support our Rescue Partners with their critical work of saving homeless dogs, vetting, other needs and, ultimately placed in a furever home. Proceeds from Bow Wow Thrift will ease their financial burden.

Hello everyone! Today we would like to take a moment and honor some special men and women of our community: the volunteers of Bow-Wow Resorts.

We are blessed to call them friends, though truly we think of them as family. They selflessly sacrifice their time to help ease the devastating journey all dogs of rescue must endure and enrich the time they spend in limbo due to foster shortages and lack of available homes.

Please help us acknowledge these exceptional human beings and Thank You, from the bottom of our hearts. Truly, it takes a village.

ℹ️️The volunteers mentioned above and below are those who walk and/or take on outtings the guests of Bow-Wow Resorts. This does not include the countless individuals who perform other lifesaving functions of the rescues they serve: transports (vet visits, transfers, long-distance adoptions, drop offs from local humane shelters, etc), meet&greets, donation and supply deliveries, general checkups, and so forth. This would be an inexhaustible list. As always, we honor our rescue partners who make all this possible.

To our dear friends,

After 13 incredible years of serving our community, Bow-Wow Resorts is closing its doors. Our last day will be June 30th, 2022.

We want to thank each and every one of you for your support, your love, your kindness. It has been a pleasure working side by side with the best of the best of our rescue community. We are deeply humbled and forever grateful for having been given this opportunity.

If anyone has any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to either Donna or myself. We will still be open for business and accepting dogs, so long as there is a plan in place for those babies to be at their next destination by June 25th, 2022.

It has genuinely been an honor.

Bow-Wow Resorts is proud to announce that Savanna, our dedicated and hard-working employee of over 3 years, has decided to pursue a career in dog training and accepted a position as an apprentice with a reputable Fort Lauderdale based company! Anyone who has met Savanna knows that we and the dogs are lucky to have her. She has expressed her intention to perform pro-bono work for our partners in the future.

We appreciate everyones patience as we will be experiencing a transition in staff and may be temporarily short handed at certain times of the day. During this time, we also ask that all of our partners and volunteers please adhere strictly to volunteer hours and business pick-up/drop off times. No exceptions.

Thank you to all of our friends, family, partners and clients for your ongoing support, generous donations that benefit our community, and helping us continue our mission.
