Appointment Policy
•All grooming is by appointment only
•Appointments are one-on-one.

Cancellations
•24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, including pre-booked appointments
•Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full service charge fee.

Late Pick-Up
•Timely pick-up is required due to the private nature of the salon
•Late pick-up fee will incur.
-If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be asked to reschedule and a cancellation fee will be charged.
