Jake update! Last week Jake went to a potential adopter on a “Pawdition”! So far so good, they reported no problems at all with our sweet boy. Fingers crossed Jake has found a wonderful forever home.

Trying to get glamour shots, when all they want to do is play 😆
Waiting on the spay/neuter schedule from Macon County Animal Control, but the kittens and momma should be processed for adoption this week. Momma cat is very sweet and affectionate. The kittens are typical kittens- playful and awesome. There are 4 boys and 2 girls. The adoption application is on our website: https://www.happyacrespetrescue.org/

They could do this all day. Jake is so gentle, especially compared to Roy’s hungry hippo approach. I don’t know how sweet Rattlesnake Jake is still available for adoption, but he is. One of these day’s he’s going to make some family so happy! Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation

We had two special guests at our board meeting, and they stole the show! Jake was great with Bindi the poodle and showed off a new trick. He is a wonderful dog and has lots of happiness to share.
