We want to send a huge thank you to all our wonderful clients for your incredible patience lately. We know how frustrating it can be when youโre trying to reach us and the phone just keeps ringing.
Running a kennel means weโre often pulled in two different directions: the front desk where the phones are, and the back where the real magic happensโspending quality time with your pups! When weโre busy playing, feeding, or caring for the dogs, we aren't always able to make it to the front office in time to catch the call.
Weโve heard your feedback and have been working hard to find a solution that keeps us with the dogs while staying connected to you.

Text Us: You can now send a text directly to (447) 233-1705. Itโs the quickest way to get a response while weโre on the move!
Book Online: Skip the phone call entirely and secure your spot through our online reservation system. *Please note we must have your email on file for you to do this*
Direct Access: All calls to the kennel will now automatically transfer to my cell phone, so I can answer your questions from anywhere! (NOTE: I am very excited about this but please understand I am only one person. When Iโm not at work Iโm with my 1 year old who keeps me busy. There will still be times I will not be able to answer the phone.)
