You open your home to an animal who needs you, give them comfort, safety, and love, and help them get one step closer to the forever family they deserve. You don’t have to adopt to make a lasting difference. Sometimes, being someone’s temporary home is the reason they get to find their forever one. ❤️

Adoption Update: Miso (formerly known as LuvBug) 🐝❤
"We got our baby and best furry friend at Tails about 2 1/2 months ago. Miso has become part of our growing family and we consider him our little child. He is so playful, curious, and snuggly! Tails Humane Society has so many kittens and cats waiting to be just as playful and loving as our little boy!"

💕🐾 Looking for a Great Family Dog? My name is Zoey, and I'm looking for my forever home! 🐾💕

I'm a 2-year-old girl who has got lots of love (and kisses!) to give! 😘 I'm a friendly, affectionate girl who enjoys getting pets, soaking up attention, and even being a bit of a lap dog. Don't worry, though, I’m not clingy! I have a good sit, and I'm always happy to earn some yummy treats. 🦴
I'm a big fan of exploring the great outdoors! I love going for walks and sniffing anything and everything along the way. 🌳
A little about my background: ❤️ I've lived in a home with adults, a senior, and young children, including an infant. I've been kind and loving toward the children. 🐶 I've lived with a smaller dog, and we got along well! We enjoyed playing and roughhousing together. 🐱 I've also lived with a cat. We were able to coexist, although I sometimes liked to chase my feline friend. 🏡 I'm housetrained and crate trained! I sleep in my crate overnight, and if you say "cage" while holding a treat, I'll happily trot right in! 🎓 I'm treat motivated, which has made working on training fun. I'd love to keep learning!
What am I looking for? A home with room to stretch my legs, maybe a yard where I can run and play, and a family who will accept all the kisses I have to offer! 💋

Adoption Update: Sunflower 🌻❤
"Sunny is adjusting very well to her new home. Her and Coraline may have bonded. 😂 For her, belly rubs are life! We’re convinced she’s not really a dog, but rather an industrial chipper/shredder on legs that’s filled with jello (very floppy)."
