CALLING ALL ANGELS! Please share and help NATHAN find his true forever home.

A kind Samaritan was walking through her neighborhood when a thin, tired cat began following her.

He followed her all the way home—and then he stayed.

NATHAN slept on her patio. He was emaciated and clearly starving, so she began feeding him. Although he was already neutered and ear-tipped, it was obvious that this gentle old soul had been surviving outside on his own for quite some time.

Thankfully, those days are now behind him.

The veterinarian estimates NATHAN to be approximately 9–10 years old. His bloodwork and urinalysis look good, and he is so happy to be safe indoors with a full belly, a comfortable couch and kind hands to pet him.

NATHAN is FIV+ and incredibly sweet. After everything he has endured, he remains a gentle, affectionate boy who wants nothing more than a soft place to land for the second chapter of his life.

His mouth, unfortunately, is in very poor condition. We are arranging a dental that will most likely require the removal of most—or possibly all—of his teeth. That is the only medical issue standing between NATHAN and a much more comfortable life.

NATHAN can be adopted now, provided his adopter is willing to bring him to his scheduled dental appointment.

This sweet senior has spent enough time sleeping outside and wondering where his next meal would come from. Now he needs someone who will give him the safe, loving home he should have had all along.

If you would like to adopt NATHAN, please submit an application online at passion4paws.org/adopt.

If you would like to help with the cost of his medical care and dental, you can donate directly through this Facebook post or online with a credit card, PayPal, or Venmo at passion4paws.org/donate. You can mail a check to Passion 4 Paws, PO Box 791, Dayville, CT 06241.

Every donation will help give this gentle boy the pain-free second chapter he deserves. He is being fostered in Middletown, CT.

CALLING ALL ANGELS! SAMANTHA NEEDS ANOTHER MIRACLE!

Please share. Somewhere out there is the family who will finally give SAMANTHA the forever she deserves.

Some of you may remember SAMANTHA, whose life was saved from euthanasia at the very last moment back in 2020.

She was only a year and a half old when her original family became afraid they could contract “feline AIDS” from her. They believed SAMANTHA was putting them at risk because she was too affectionate—because she wanted to cuddle and be close to them and shower them with love.

For that, she almost lost her life.

Their fear was completely unfounded. FIV does not infect people. But they still took SAMANTHA to their veterinarian to have her euthanized—and, as difficult as it is to comprehend, the veterinarian agreed to do it.

The sedative had already been administered. SAMANTHA was asleep, and the veterinarian was preparing to give her the final injection when one of our rescue friends stepped forward and said she would take her.

By the grace of God, SAMANTHA was allowed to wake up from the sedation on her own, and she was transferred to our rescue.
Within days, we found what we believed would be her forever family. We celebrated her adoption in June 2020, believing the worst was finally behind her.

Now, more than six years later, SAMANTHA is being returned due to extenuating circumstances, and she needs us again.

This poor cat simply cannot catch a break.

Through everything, SAMANTHA has remained the same exceptionally sweet, loving and affectionate girl. She is wonderful with children, good with the cat she has lived with for the past six years and happiest when she is close to her people.

She doesn’t just tolerate affection—she seeks it out and gives it back with her whole heart.

SAMANTHA is FIV+.

FIV+ cats can live long, happy lives, and SAMANTHA just wants to live out hers surrounded by love. Now approximately 7½ years old, she could be happy with a compatible feline companion or as the only cat, as long as she has her humans to love.

SAMANTHA needs someone who wants a super-friendly, cuddly and devoted companion. She needs a family who will cherish the very affection that once nearly cost her life.

Most of all, she needs someone who understands that forever means forever.

If you can give this extraordinary girl the lifelong love and security she deserves, please submit an adoption application at passion4paws.org. She is currently being fostered in Southington, CT.

ADOPTED TOGETHER! CONGRATULATIONS POPPY & BARNABY!

POPPY & BARNABY are part of the very special SELENA & LOUISA family. We believe SELENA is their mom, but she and her sister LOUISA raised all six of their kittens together—including JILLIAN & JESSICA, who have already found their forever homes, and BRAD & MONICA.

Yesterday it was POPPY & BARNABY’s turn!

These sweet kittens now live with Jaya and her daughter, a huge animal lover. They also gained two feline siblings: 15-month-old PuPu and 15-year-old Jaxson.

PuPu could not have been sweeter when she met the newcomers. She kept a close eye on them throughout their first night, as though she wanted to make sure they felt safe and knew they were welcome.

POPPY & BARNABY handled the move beautifully. They allowed Jaya and her boyfriend Carl to hold and pet them, and when they were placed on the couch, they simply settled in and relaxed. It was as if they already knew they were home.

With Jaya working from home, these two are going to receive LOTS of love and attention, and they will always have each other as they grow up.

We are so happy for POPPY & BARNABY and their wonderful new family. Happy life, sweet babies!

CONGRATULATIONS HALLIE!

Yesterday, we said goodbye to beautiful HALLIE—a kitten so sweet and gentle that even cats who usually preferred to be left alone enjoyed having her around.

HALLIE went to her new home with mom Alexis and her 15-month-old cat, Marceline, who was ready for a feline friend.

We knew HALLIE would be the perfect match. Her easygoing, good-natured personality has a way of making other cats feel comfortable, and we couldn’t imagine a better companion for Marceline.

We are so excited to watch their friendship grow and see all the fun these two girls will have together.

Happy life, sweet HALLIE! We will miss you, but we are thrilled that you have found a wonderful home—and a new best friend.

CONGRATULATIONS COOPER & CHARLIE!!!

After the heartbreaking loss of their former mom, these two bonded boys needed something very special: a family who would love them unconditionally, keep them together and give them the safe, happy life they deserved.

On Tuesday, that dream came true.

COOPER & CHARLIE were adopted by Mary-Collette, a retired nurse with an incredibly nurturing heart, and her husband, Mark. After losing their previous dog, Mary-Collette simply wanted two dogs to love and spoil, and from the moment we read her adoption application, we knew their home was exactly where these boys belonged.

Mary-Collette is home with them all day, and their setup is perfect for COOPER, who is blind. Their 17- and 18-year-old grandsons adore them and come over to take them for walks and playtime. Even their 7-month-old granddaughter is part of the fun! She laughs at the boys while they repeatedly bring her their toys, completely puzzled as to why she won’t throw them for a game of fetch.

COOPER & CHARLIE have already settled in and made themselves an important part of this wonderful family. At night, they cuddle up in bed beside Mark, and everyone is exactly where they belong.

We believe with all our hearts that this adoption was manifested through divine intervention. After everything these boys have been through, this is the life they were always meant to have. We know their former mom is smiling down from Heaven, grateful that her boys are safe, cherished and still together.

Happy life, sweet COOPER & CHARLIE. You found your miracle—and so did your new family.

Tomorrow CHARLIE is having his much needed dental procedure to extract all of his rotten teeth. Please keep him in you thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.

CALLING ALL ANGELS! Please share MONICA and help her find her forever home.

MONICA (DOB approximately 04/05/2026) is a playful kitten who enjoys the company of other cats.

She can be timid and a little reserved when meeting new people, so she may not be the cuddly, outgoing kitten who climbs into your lap on day one—and thats okay!

MONICA is looking for a kind, patient adopter who will give her the time and space she needs to feel safe. She does best when allowed to approach people on her own terms, without being pressured. Once she becomes familiar with you and her surroundings, she relaxes and lets her personality shine through.

She's just a baby! With patience, understanding, and another friendly feline companion, MONICA has all the makings of a wonderful addition to the right home.

MONICA is spayed, vaccinated, and negative for feline aids (FIV) and leukemia (FeLV).

If interested in adopting MONICA, please submit an online application to adopt a cat at passion4paws.org/adopt. She being fostered in New Milford, CT.
