Looking for a way to keep your kids active, learning, and outdoors now that school is out?

We are currently accepting new lesson students all summer at Deer Creek Ranch. We offer horseback riding lessons for beginner through advanced riders, with a focus on safe horsemanship, confidence building, and hands-on learning with horses.

Summer is a great time to get started students stay engaged, spend time outside, and learn real riding and horse care skills in a structured but fun environment. Spots are limited, so early sign-up is encouraged.

We have a few boarding spots that have opened up at Deer Creek Ranch.

We offer a welcoming environment for both horses and riders. Boarding is available for a limited number of horses, so spots will fill quickly.

We also offer lessons, equestrian team opportunities, and a variety of training experiences.

📣 Camp Meeting Reminder 📣

May 17 at 6:00 PM we will be having a mandatory camp meeting for all volunteers and counselors. We will be going over the camp schedule, overnight stay details, games, craft ideas, horse and rider game plans, and other camp preparations.

The difference a few hours can make. Tag #5782, now named Jolene, has already made huge progress. At 11 o’clock this morning, we were sorting and getting ready to load them up, and by 1 o’clock we were getting scratches, loving on her, and learning big girl things. In about an hour of time, we were able to get a lot of training progress done. I was able to remove her tag, get a halter on her, and start teaching her to lead and stand tied. She is already showing such a kind personality, and Jolene is going to make somebody a really good horse.
