After trying call ducks multiple times and something always happening before we could get eggs and try hatching this time we finally got things right. I have kept them in a smaller area with a roof and we were able to get eggs this year. We set some of those eggs and today our first call duck baby hatched!! To say I was excited this evening would be an understatement!!! I will legit cry if anything happens to this sweet baby. Welcome to R&R sweet baby!! Which disclosure it may be mixed with a mini Swedish as we only ended up with a drake from the ones we tried raising last year but either way it will be very small and oh so cute!!🥰 I can’t wait to see if we get more to hatch and to pick up our new ones from paradise ponds in a few weeks!!!

We have pups on the farm again. Dad’s a full blooded Red Tri Aussie. These are mixed though. I will post pics of mom tomorrow. Mom is out of an Australian shepherd/pit terrier mix. She reminds me of the dog Spud McKenzie. 3 females and 3 males. Excited to see whether they look like their mom or dad as they grow up.

Summer only had 2 babies this go round and one was still born due to size I believe. We have 1 double mane harlequin out of Summer and Brady. If it’s a doe it will be up for grabs. If it’s a buck we will be retaining him to use for future litters! We retained a female last year from them and she is beautiful! So keep your eyes peeled as this baby gets older! This baby will be beautiful just like it’s momma and daddy. Summer and Brady are my favorite combo! They make beautiful lionhead babies!

Alice is being an over protective mama this go round so getting pics has been interesting. But here are some updated pics of Alice and Max’s babies. They are growing and very plump. Alice is doing an awesome job! Bred Quinn back yesterday so hoping for some more meat rabbits in about a month. Fingers crossed!🤞

Didn’t get really great pics but we have meat rabbits on the farm. I tried getting an accurate count yesterday and today. I’m pretty sure she had 7 total. Will post better pics hopefully this weekend once it warms up a little bit. Right now Alice is not wanting them uncovered. Can’t wait to watch these babies grow.

I had opened the door to their pen tonight and Flynn literally climbed into my arms with his head over my shoulder. Before I could walk away Punzel came to be picked up too. These guys are the absolute sweetest babies ever.
