Aron had his first trip to the local PetSmart! Super proud of how far this guy has come. From barking and lunging at everyone that moved, to cowering in fear when someone came too close.

Today, he was his happy go lucky self and got some love from a few customers of the store and the vet staff got to say hi as well. Building this boy up and showing the world heā€™s just a big love bug.

Happy Monday folks!

If thereā€™s anything Iā€™ve really learned about this industry, is that itā€™s constantly in motion.

The big guys are focused on training other trainers.

The guys in the middle are with their heads down focused on their craft.

The ones just starting out are eager to prove themselves.

But then you have the massive personalities that are creating divide and spreading hate.

Driving the industry into a corner where the only option will be nuclear.

New Jersey trying to pass licensing was a scary thought.

New York and California trying to pass bans was despicable.

The UK, Australia, and a few other European countries have all seen the fallout that comes with banning equipment and mandatory protocols for certain breeds ie. Muzzles.

We are in another extinction event people.

The misguided, the uneducated, the naive, the bleeding heartsā€¦

ā€¦they will be the end of working dogs if similar legislation makes its way stateside.

I am young, not even 40, but I cannot remember a time that the zeitgeist spotlight was this bright upon our canine friends.

Letā€™s make sure knowledge stays available and free for everyone.

That tools remain just that:

Tools.

Vilification of tools is the showcase of a persons limitations.

Say it with me folks, ā€œTrain the dog in front of you.ā€
