Dee and I have rearranged approximately 150 appointments between March and April. This adjustment not only reduces our available time for grooming and personal activities but also undermines the considerable effort invested in creating the original schedule.
Currently, May and June are fully booked. Individuals without scheduled appointments or those requiring rescheduling will be added to our cancellation list, which will be referenced as openings arise. We are also on hold for accepting new clients. Hopefully that will resolve by August.
We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes; nonetheless, we encourage clients to honor their scheduled appointments whenever possible to avoid cancellations.
