Hi folks, this heat wave hasn’t let up, and the humidity has the training room floor quite slippery. We’re canceling the two handling classes on Friday. Stay cool, and good luck at the shows this weekend!

Mondays are often a sleepy time for us as we recoup from shows. We didn't have shows this past weekend, but Sue's dogs didn't get the memo 😂

Some of our newer community members may not know, as Katherine doesn't get to as many shows these days, but she started showing dogs at three and a half years old! Here she is at about five years old, practicing with Sue's sammy, Tia, at dog class.

We're enjoying this snow (especially our sammys) but it'll be nice to get back to good hiking weather. Freya loves the trails near us! She especially loves the photoshoots- walking, sniffing, and running is all great, but any time she sees a rock or large log, she stops. Great big puppy eyes turn our way as she waits for permission to leap up and pose 😂 She likes to be tall.

Hi folks! We have a 6 week course coming up in February. It's geared toward increasing trust and communication between you and your dog to foster a deeper bond and greater respect. At the same time, we'll teach basic obedience and tackle common problems like counter surfing, barking, and jumping.
