We’re still alive! It’s been a bit since I’ve made a most here! Summer time = busiest time of the year! Between myself, my husband and my wonderful ladies, we’re all working non stop.
Couple reminders with the busy season upon us;
If you need to book a pet sitter, I need atleast* 2 weeks in advance to accommodate. You can always reach out for last minute needs, but I cannot promise you availability.
I send out a weekly text to ALL my clients in regards to the schedule for the following week. Both Olivia and I can book up fast. If you wait till last minute for drop in/walk requests, as stated before, I may not be able to guarantee availability for that specific date/time.
Tech appointments, typically book out atleast a week in advance.
Grooming: basic grooming only*
Bath, brush, deshedding, blow dry, nails, ears, paw butter.
We do not do full clips and cuts**
We are booking atleast 3-4 weeks out for grooming appointments.
CANCELLATIONS: Atleast 48 hours notice for any cancellations (exceptions; sudden illness, death in family, etc..) i know life happens…
If you know you may not need us, please be proactive and send a quick text so I may be able to fill your spot with another client.
Within 24 hours; 50% of service will be charged.
Same day; 100% of service will be charged.
