VALUX milestone worth celebrating ♥️🖤

One of my biggest goals for 2026 was to grow VALUX into a position where I could offer more than just employment to the individuals who help make this business what it is. Building a strong business means building up the people who help carry it forward. I firmly believe that investing in my team is just as important as investing in our branding, reputation, and the experience we provide our clients.

I’m extremely thrilled to share that, as of October 1st, VALUX officially began offering employee benefits, ancillary insurance products, and a life insurance policy covered by VALUX for our team members!

I’ve always said I want VALUX to be built on more than providing exceptional services to our clients. I’m honored to be privileged to offer employment and I’ve always envisioned building a business where people feel valued, supported, appreciated, and cared for. My employee’s families, responsibilities, goals, and futures matter to me just as much as the work we do each day.

Being able to provide these opportunities is something I don’t take lightly. It’s taken hard work, sacrifice, faith, and a whole lot of determination to get here. I’m grateful to be in a position to take this step. It’s such a HUGE milestone for me personally and professionally. I look forward to seeing what’s next for VALUX as I continue to build it into a great company individuals want to work for!

In reflection of Domestic Violence Awareness month, I wanted to share some thoughts.

Domestic violence doesn’t discriminate. Whether it’s gender, social class, the type of or duration of the relationship, who the person is, or their position. Abuse can be in many forms and it’s not always obvious or something you can see visually.

In my encounter, I experienced all of it. It took multiple attempts to leave. What I needed most was someone who met me where I was. Someone who loved me and saw me, regardless of what was going on.

I thank God for what He has delivered me from and all His mercy He has shown me. Today, I can say I’m no longer a victim, but a survivor. Abuse is no longer my identity, but my testimony.

My inbox is always open. Call me, text me, anything you need. I won’t ask questions and I don’t need to know all the details. I will meet you where you are and I will love you regardless.

Thursday 10/15 is Purple Thursday. I’ll be wearing my purple, will you?
