🌱 Did You Know?

Horses can sleep both standing up and lying down. They use a special system of tendons and ligaments in their legs called the stay apparatus, which allows them to rest without collapsing.

But here’s the interesting part:
Horses still need to lie down to reach deep REM sleep. That’s why horses need a safe, comfortable environment where they feel secure enough to fully relax.
