Nissekatt Norwegian Forest Cats Nissekatt was established in 1980 with the arrival of Mjavos Sangueetah aka Yago. We have been breeding since then and still so enjoy these beautiful cats.

We have now retired from breeding after 40 years.

I want to thank everyone who has purchased and loved my Forest Cats over the years Over a year ago I made the difficult decision to retire from breeding but am pleased to know that the lines will be carried on in Canada with two fabulous breeders

As per usual no kittens can be picked up between November 25 and January 2. The holidays are just too busy and stressful . I will accept deposits during that time period. I will post early next week what is still available as far as kittens go. Please be aware that I may not get back to you immediately but do try to check this inbox twice daily. I just can’t be on 24/7. To the woman who felt I was ignoring her because I only answered her 3 times today I am sorry you feel that way but rudeness is never alright and a sure way not to be considered as a future cat parent to one of my kittens. First time in years I have had someone that rude. Thank you to everyone else that made my day a happy one
