Mark your calendars!! It’s that time of year when the barn needs our attention to get ready for the fair!
When: Saturday, January 25, 2025
Time: 9:00am
Bring gloves, clothes that can get dirty, and a smile! We can’t wait to see you!

This is not mandatory! However, if you can make it, herdsman points will be given!

Be on the lookout!!! Two emails from [email protected] will soon be headed your way with important information!!

1. One email will be sent to everyone with a 4H age of 8 years old and up. Unfortunately, the entry form software did not capture ethics numbers. So if you are 8 years old or older, please respond to that email with your ethics number OR when you plan to take your ethics class.

2. A separate email will be sent to every exhibitor confirming their entries. Your exhibitor number will be included in this email as well as other important information regarding the opportunity of possibly bringing more than 2 entries. Please be patient as we are working hard to make this a successful fair for all!

Good morning small animal barn exhibitors. We are reaching out to share our thoughts and prayers are with all in our community. Everyone was affected and everyone has a story. Stay strong and know you are not alone.

As of today, October 15, we are still scheduled to have our exhibitor meeting next Tuesday, October 22. This is mandatory for all first year exhibitors. We have opened the order form for our Chick Fil A dinner once more. Please have your order submitted by Friday, October 18 at 5:00pm. And as always, you can email us or use the phone numbers provided in the rule book to discuss questions or concerns.

This year, on October 8th, we are offering the opportunity to preorder a Chick Fil A dinner prior to our Small Animal Barn Exhibitor meeting. Remember, the meeting is *mandatory* for 1st year exhibitors and optional for others but all exhibitors that come will receive points towards Overall. We will open the doors to exhibitors and their families at 5:15pm and our meeting will begin at 6:00pm. This is a fundraiser for the Small Animal Barn and all proceeds will go towards our Awards and Barn updates. All Chick Fil A orders will close on October 4th at 5pm. Please make sure to order prior to secure your dinner! As always, if you have any questions please contact the committee. ❤️
