🐾🏅 CPR Alum Lily Is Taking Her Second Chance to New Heights! 🏔️❤️

Talk about going the extra mile… or FOUR! 🐕💨

We're thrilled to share this awesome pup-date from Canine Pet Rescue alum Lily, who recently tackled the OneWorld Canine Obstacle Run with her human, Troy McConaughey!

This wasn't your average walk in the park. Lily conquered a mountainous obstacle course stretching more than FOUR miles! 💪🐾

According to Troy, Lily was AWESOME. Troy's assessment of his own performance? "Me, not so much!" 😂

We think they both deserve a round of a-paws! 👏🐶

❤️ This is what rescue is all about! Seeing our CPR alumni living their best lives, enjoying adventures and making memories with their forever families.

A huge thank you to Troy for giving Lily a wonderful home and sharing this adventure with us. We love seeing our former pups out there crushing goals and collecting happy tails!

🧚‍♀️🐾 Meet Pixie — A Little Bit of Aussie Magic! ✨

Update - adopted !!!!

At 5 years old, Pixie has perfected the art of being a very good girl. This beautiful Australian Shepherd is sweet, social and absolutely convinced that people were put on Earth to love her. Honestly, she may be onto something. 💕

Pixie loves people, attention and making new friends. She’s house trained, crate trained and walks wonderfully on a leash—so she comes with some pretty impressive grown-up manners!

🐶 Dogs? Yep! Pixie gets along with other dogs.
🐱 Cats? They’re cool, too!
👩‍❤️‍👨 People? Her absolute favorite.

Pixie would be happy sharing her home with another dog, but she’d be equally content being your one and only—as long as she gets plenty of time with her people. After all, why compete for attention when you can have the whole lap to yourself? 😂

If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who’s past the puppy craziness but still has plenty of fun, love and Aussie sparkle to share, Pixie might just be your perfect match.

✨ All Pixie needs now is a little forever-home magic. Could it be with you? 🏡❤️

Quick Facts:

🐾 Breed: Australian Shepherd

There's a new girl at Canine Pet Rescue, and we're pretty sure someone forgot to install her OFF switch! 😂

Meet Zeeva, a gorgeous 1½-year-old female German Shepherd weighing approximately 56 pounds. This girl is full of energy, personality and LOVE!
Zeeva is enthusiastic about life and even more enthusiastic about people. She absolutely loves giving hugs! ❤️

She's playful, sweet and always ready for some attention. We're also discovering that Zeeva may not have had many opportunities to enjoy playtime in the past. She's beginning to explore just how much fun toys and games can be!

As for leash walking? Well, let's just say Zeeva believes every walk should be an adventure. 😂 She's still learning her leash manners and will benefit from continued training, patience and consistency.

Zeeva would love an active family that can help her channel all that youthful energy into walks, playtime, training and plenty of fun.

She's young, she's enthusiastic and she's got a whole lot of love to share.

💕 Zeeva isn't looking for someone to slow her down. She's looking for someone who can help her shine! Could this energetic hug machine be your perfect match?

🤍🐾 Lovely Lova Is Ready for Her Forever❤️

Some dogs dream of chasing squirrels. Others dream of endless tennis balls. Lova? She's dreaming of a soft bed, a full belly and someone who will love her forever. 🏡

Meet Lova, our beautiful 6-year-old White German Shepherd who weighs just 44 pounds. This sweet girl has had quite the journey, and we think it's high time life started treating her a little better!

After her family moved away and left her behind, Lova spent weeks outdoors searching for food and shelter. But here's the amazing part: She never stopped believing people could be good. ❤️

Now safe with Canine Pet Rescue, Lova is discovering the finer things in life. She's house-trained, learning that leash walks can actually be fun and enjoying the comfort of having people who care about her.

She's also heartworm positive and needs treatment, but we're determined to help her get healthy and find the loving home she deserves.

At 6 years old, Lova is past the puppy shenanigans and ready for a whole new kind of adventure—one that includes cozy naps, gentle walks, belly rubs and never having to wonder where her next meal will come from.

🤍 Lova has spent enough time taking care of herself. Isn't it time someone took care of her?
