**New policy**
I am trying to avoid a deposit fee, unfortunately some people are very comfortable disrespecting my time and other clients time slots.
The reason for the late drop off and pick up fee is because I have back to back appointments, and I am only 1 person. It really puts me behind and when pets aren't brought on time, and can cut into other clients appointment slots and have their pet be started and finished late.
**I always give a 10-15 min heads up to when your dog will be ready, so you will have about 25-30 minutes to pick up. If you need a longer heads up, let me know!**
Not all dogs are pet friendly, and I always try to have 1 family at a time under my care. So I try to have pets be picked up before the next one comes in.
I am also a pet sitter and schedule appointments with enough time to go and check in on other clients in between appointments. This can cause me to be late and potentially miss out on future work and trust.
The reason for no show fees are pretty self explanatory.
I try to have accommodations if I'm given a heads up with enough time.
