Esther has a friendly reminder and new announcement about Sunday's for you!!!
Please remember that we do not have a public facility just yet and my momma is working very hard and drives all over the Black Hills picking up and dropping off pets for appointments and serving our community. She runs this business out of our home and BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. So if you show up without an appointment. Chances are you won't get to talk to someone or you will be asked to leave and set an appointment. She doesn't have a large staff and your unannounced visit delays all of the other appointments she had for the day.
We are more than happy to setup a meet and greet but keep in mind. She is booking out over a month so demanding same week appointments is very hard and it takes away from those who have waited patiently. If you do not have an appointment, please don't come to the house. More importantly, don't leave your pets at our house without an appointment or a person there to take your pet in. We have strict regulations for pets to be at our place and pets dropped off without proper vaccines and paperwork will not be staying at our home. You don't know if some of our visiting friends are friendly or not and it poses a great risk doing that.
Please remember and respect that this is our home. If your pet is with us or you have an appointment, it does not give you a right to just walk in our home and do as you please. While we love having friends over, Knocking and ringing a bell and waiting for an answer is not that hard. Sometimes we have to put dogs outside or in kennels so they dont run out the door but if we know your coming, chances are we are ready for you. Plus there are cameras all over the property so most times we are already walking to the door before you get there.
From Pass Creek to our house is 0.7 miles with a speed limit of 15mph. You do not need to go 50mph down our road and save maybe 2 minutes of time. If you can't respect my home or our neighbors and drive safe for their grandkids and pets that roam, this is a very fast way to get your appointments and future services cancelled. Respect goes a long way.
Also. From now on, there will be no more Sunday pick ups and drop offs. I will honor the appointments already booked but new reservations/appointments will not be allowed to have Sunday pickups or drop offs. We love being there for you but my momma hasn't had a day off since Christmas and my momma has to have some time for her, her kids and God. So Sunday is now family day. You can either pick your pets up Saturday evening or wait until Monday morning to get them. I also understand emergencies happen so if there is an emergent situation please contact me and we can work something out.
