✨ Meet Our Team At Luxe Pet Parlor 🐾✨️

Most of you already know us when you walk through our doors, but we wanted to create a simple place to put names with the faces you see at each appointment. 🤍
These are the people who care for your pets every day. From bathing and prepping, to grooming and assisting behind the scenes. Each team member plays an important role in making sure your pet is safe, comfortable, and cared for while they are with us.

I also want to take a moment to express my gratitude to every single one of my employees who has helped make this dream a reality. There are moments in my day where I just stop, listen, and think about how blessed I am to be surrounded by them. The laughter, the love, and even the hard days when we all need a break or are going through something, we get through it together. 🤍 I truly believe God places people in your path for a reason, and I am so grateful for the people He has placed in mine. 🫶

We are so grateful for the trust you place in our team and for the relationships we get to build with both you and your pets. 🩷

We are so excited to officially introduce the newest member of our team, Crystal Smith 🖤🐾
✨️For me personally, this introduction is extra special. I met Crystal when I was around 3 years old after my family moved here from Florida. I grew up alongside her daughters, who became like sisters to me, and Crystal has been such a huge part of my life and upbringing ever since. She has always been someone who encouraged, supported, and cared for others deeply, which is one of the many reasons I know she is going to do amazing in this industry and here at Luxe Pet Parlor.✨️

Crystal has called Crossville, Tennessee home for the past 40 years after moving here from Florida at the age of 8. She and her husband, Josh, have two beautiful daughters, Brooklyn and Beka, along with their five beloved pups (Little Foot, KJ, Mattie, Tyson, and Tucker) who have helped teach her the importance of patience, compassion, and understanding when caring for pets.
Crystal decided to pursue grooming after visiting Luxe Pet Parlor and seeing firsthand the joy, trust, and connection between our team, pets, and their families. She quickly realized just how rewarding this profession truly is and felt called to become part of it.
She is currently enrolled in Paragon School of Professional Pet Grooming and is finishing up the Level 1 Groom Tech Program, then will continue into Level 2 to earn her Professional Grooming certification. She enjoys working with pets of all sizes, getting to know their personalities, and helping them feel comfortable while looking and feeling their best. While she says she doesn’t have a favorite breed just yet, she does admit the little Cavapoos have completely stolen her heart 🐶

We are incredibly thankful for how God continues to grow and guide Luxe Pet Parlor, and we are so excited for everyone to get to know Crystal and support her on this journey. Please help us give her a warm welcome to the team! 🤍

We’re slowly but surely getting everything rearranged and put together to add another Professional Pet Stylist to our team 🤍
We are so excited and can’t wait to make the announcement! Stay tuned to see who she is and when she’ll be starting ✨
We currently have 41 people on our waitlist, and we’ll be reaching out to everyone on it first to give them the opportunity to become clients before opening spots to the public!
We truly can’t thank you all enough for the love, support, patience, and trust you continue to show our small business.
