Hi! Dr. Sheena, co-owner and veterinarian at Hello Vet, here to brag in this team. This team! Today our small but mighty team did amazing things! They helped 31 pet's today. That's 31 families in our community that needed help and this team stepped up in ways I wish you could all see.
Our med team was busy inducing vomiting to get toxins out, placing iv catheters, running major surgeries, advanced dental extractions, running diagnostic after diagnostic to find out what's going on inside of our patients, drawing blood, administering meds, educating clients.
Our client care team answered what felt like hundreds of calls, each one a member of our community that needed our help in some manner. And our team found them answers, no matter what it took.
Our front desk staff, greeting every person with joy and kindness, even when the day felt big and busy. Making sure each client knew how important they were to us and ensuring every pet felt safe and calm.
It was a day without pauses, a day where lunches were eaten with haste, a day that we all had to come together to be able to provide that level of care to so many patients and the people who love them. And that's exactly what this team did. So this is my heartfelt shout-out to a team that goes the extra mile for their patients and for their community. I am so proud of each and every one of them.
