With the days flying by and Spring around the corner it’s that time of the year we are offering our pre-registration sale for our Summer Riding Program.
Our Summer horseback riding program offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature while learning valuable life skills. Beyond simply riding, participants gain hands-on experience in caring for horses, including feeding, grooming, and tacking up for rides. Daily barn chores, like mucking stalls and cleaning equipment, instill a strong work ethic and responsibility. Team-building activities help foster collaboration and communication, essential skills both in and out of the saddle. Riders also learn proper horse care and handling, building a deeper bond with the animals. Through these experiences, campers develop confidence, patience, and leadership while mastering the art of riding.
We look forward to another amazing Summer! 🐎

Be prepared for Sky Blue Equestrian Center’s 2025 Summer Riding Camp! Starting June 30, Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 3:00PM each week, all the way up until August 15. Get ready to spend the summer with some of your favorite horses and friends, make so many more amazing new adventures and memories, and learn so much more horsemanship and sportsmanship skills. If you pre-register before April 15, you will receive a $50 discount per week you pay for. No refunds allowed, and all payments must be paid in full. About Sky Blue Equestrian Center

Located on 52 Montrose Station Rd in Cortlandt Manor, NY, Sky Blue Equestrian Center (formerly Sky Blue Stables) opened it's 18 stall barn doors in April 2018. It is directly adjacent to 1,500 acres of trail riding in the Blue Mountain Preserve. Sky Blue Equestrian Center is run by Stefanie King, who has over 20 years of experience as a riding instructor. She has taught children and adults and those with special needs. Her goal is to form a strong foundation in balanced seat, safety, and harmony between horse and rider, while building confidence. When you visit the Center, in addition to the horses, you will be meet Sky Blue's mascot, Cody (Stefanie's dog of 12 years) who has spent his life around horses and other animals. Cody loves to meet and greet everyone who comes by. In addition to the horses, you will see other residents like: Cookie, the pony, Stella the Percheron Mule, baby goats Frankie & Johnny, all the rabbits, Fiona, Sabrina, Tabatha and Zelda and wonderful Barney the rooster. In addition to riding instruction, Sky Blue also offers Trail Riding Lessons, Horse Boarding, Pony Parties, and Event Hosting. We hope you will stop by and visit our new facility soon.
