Attention Grooming Pet Parents!

Due to the many new inquiries for grooming, we will now be scheduling all NEW FULL SERVICE grooming clients 8 weeks out, we will also start taking deposits for new clients. Basic Services (Bath, Nails, No Haircut) will be scheduled based on first available, new or established clients.

We will still accept new clients for grooming but we are having a hard time getting our established clients on the schedule in a timely manner and we owe it to our patrons to make sure there is availability for them! As always, I strongly encourage my established clients to schedule their next appointment before leaving after their service.

If your pet has not been to The Pet Motel & Spa for a Full Service Groom (Haircut) in the last 10 months since we have changed ownership you are considered a new client for grooming and will be booked as a new client and required to leave a deposit. Thank you all for your understanding as we grow and adapt to the increased demand for this service 🐾

Happy first day of SUMMER!
I have had tons of inquiries regarding Day Care in the last 9 months! Well, the time has come... we will be offering Day Care for the summer! Details below 🫢

Potential candidates for this program must become established clients with The Pet Motel & Spa.

To become an established client for Day Care please complete an application from our website at www.thepetmotelandspa.com.

Day Care is $20/day, payment is due at pick up each day. Additional dogs that can share rest space are $10/day. You may choose to purchase "credits" for Doggy Day Care to use forward. We are not able to allow clients to carry a balance.

This is not a contracted spot. You pay for the days your dog attends. Availability will be first come first serve and will open to reservations on Sunday of each week.

You are able to request your Daycare days on our online booking software once you have become established. If you need assistance please contact us.

Drop off for Daycare is 7-9am. Pick up is 4-6pm. Daycare drop off will not be accepted after 9am.

If your dog is not well socialized we are still able to accommodate Daycare for these dogs. Just like boarders who prefer to be the only dog, they are given private yard time.

Wow its hot out there today! Please only take your pets out for short trips to the bathroom and always make sure they have cool fresh water to drink!

If your pet is experiencing signs of heat stroke (panting, excessive drool, bright red gums, vomiting, diarrhea, collapse) please get them inside and run room temperature water over their entire body! Do not use ice or cold water to cool your pet, this can make the problem worse by constricting blood vessels too quickly!

We installed 4 new AC window units through out the building that are working great to keep our furry guests cool! We also have 5 portable fans and ceiling fans all on high speed to circulate air. We are only allowing dogs outside for short bathroom breaks and the pool is full of fresh cold water! Be safe today pet parents!

We are currently reaching capacity with our hospitalized and critical patients. We are likely going to be only able to handle urgent care cases and unable to hospitalize additional patients. If your pet is experiencing a life threatening emergency and you are located south of us, please travel SOUTH to one of the other 4 emergency clinics in the state.

If you are located NORTH of us, please give us a call so that we can help triage and trouble shoot your pet's medical condition. We may need to stabilize and have you travel south for additional care.

We can currently see GREEN cases and do sedated procedures for routine lacerations and quills. Our wait times are quite long at this time due to a high patient load so please be patient with our staff.
