Our eggs are never washed as this keeps the eggs natural bloom intact protecting them from bacteria! 🦠
We also never put our eggs in the fridge, once eggs go in the fridge they have to be stored there until used so we leave that up to you! We prefer ours to stay on the counter, who wouldn’t want to see these pretty colors everyday! ❄️

Ethel and her sister Lucy are both Sapphire Gems, they are 2 of the first chickens we welcomed to the farm! These over achievers lay very large tan eggs sometimes with speckles! 💎
