🚑❤️ Thanks to a generous donation from the Aliver Foundation, Moon Park’s first public outdoor AED and all-weather enclosure is now installed — bringing a critical lifesaving resource to one of our township’s busiest parks! 🌳

Now, we’re working to build on that momentum. With the size and daily use of Moon Park, additional AED units can help improve emergency response times when every second counts ⏱️

Our goal is to fund another AED by National CPR & AED Awareness Week (June 1–7). If you’d like to help make our parks even safer, please consider donating by scanning the QR code or using the link below. ❤️

As of Wednesday, January 28 the Brett Family Paws of Love Dog Park is open and back on schedule.

Due to the anticipated winter storm, Moon Park, Olson Park, Robin Hill Park, and the Brett Family Paws of Love Dog Park will be closed starting Sunday and will remain closed until further notice.

Public Notice for Friday, June 27th!

🚨 Attention Community Members 🚨

A quick reminder that this Friday, June 27th, is our Moon Glow Run 5K! To ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone, please take note of the following park and road closures:

🌳 Park Closures
• Moon Township Dog Park will close at 6:00 PM
• Moon Park will close at 7:30 PM
We kindly ask that you plan your park activities accordingly. Thank you for your understanding!

🚧 Road Closures
• Beginning at 8:30 PM, there will be temporary road closures in place for the race route.
• This is in addition to the ongoing PennDOT construction project along Coraopolis Heights to Ewing Rd.
• Beaver Grade Rd (from Coraopolis Heights to Ewing Rd) and Ewing Rd (from Beaver Grade Rd to Coraopolis Heights) will be impacted.

➡️ Travel Tip:
Motorists coming from Beaver Grade Rd can use Cherrington Parkway to travel east and west during the event.

The Black Dog Wine Company Dog Park will be open Dawn to Dusk, Weds-Sun, starting tomorrow, Weds April 2nd! 🐕🌳

🌳 Exciting News, Park Lovers! 🌳

Starting TODAY, April 1st, our park hours will be changing to Dawn to 11:00 PM every day! 🌞🌙

And for our furry friends 🐾, the Black Dog Wine Company Dog Park (Moon Township Dog Park) will be open Dawn to Dusk, Weds-Sun! 🐕🌳

Come enjoy the beauty of nature and stay a little longer! 🌿✨
