Pawz are shining bright as June begins to glow,
With wagging tails and happy hearts wherever we may go!
The first bright sun was Copper, handsome as can be,
He always lets me do my job so patiently with me.
Then off he goes back home again without a single fight,
So Mommy gets to smell my shampoo on him all through the night!
Next came Bella for her nail trim, right on schedule as before,
Every four weeks like clockwork, she comes walking through the door.
She always does so wonderfully and greets me with a smile,
Such a happy little sunshine who makes each visit worthwhile.
Then the triplets came to visit, Sassy, Cash, and Cookie too,
Three peas in a pod, so beautiful through and through.
They really do look so alike, it’s almost hard to tell,
But each one is so sweet and kind and behaved incredibly well.
Nala was the next bright sunshine for a follow-up nail trim day,
Such a good girl from start to finish in every single way.
I’ll see her once again in August when summer’s in full bloom,
And I know she’ll bring her sweetness right back into the room.
Hallie came for deshedding and left quite the furry pile,
Looking at all that hair beside her really made me smile.
Who would think she had that much fur hiding underneath it all?
Yet somehow she stayed just as sweet and stood so proud and tall.
Betty was the next bright sunshine, here for a bath and more,
She sheds enough to make you wonder where it all was stored!
This time nails were absolutely perfect, she did wonderfully too,
Such a lovely little lady who always sees things through.
Then came handsome Duke himself, looking noble as can be,
A picture-perfect gentleman and always great for me.
He does so well with everything and makes grooming such a breeze,
One of those sweet boys who’s always aiming just to please.
Sunny Maggie came in next, so calm and soft and sweet,
If you listen very closely, her chattering teeth you’ll meet.
But don’t let that fool you one bit, she’s wonderful all the same,
A darling little sunshine who brightens up her name.
Then Simba came for a bath to leave him smelling great,
He’s getting better for his nails and making progress at a steady rate.
Just look at that happy grin he wears from ear to ear each day,
It’s enough to melt a heart and chase every cloud away.
Cola’s been out in the sunshine enjoying summer fun,
Then stopped by for a tidy trim before back to the pool she’d run.
It was so good to see her and get her looking neat once more,
Now she’s ready for more swimming adventures to explore.
Deuce was shining bright this morning with his frosted silver hue,
A bath and haircut later, and chocolate came shining through!
Such a good boy through it all with those loving, gentle ways,
A perfect ending to another week of wonderful June days.
That wraps up week number one with every tail and paw,
Each fur baby brought their own special kind of awe.
Thank you, pet parents, for your trust and loyalty once again,
It’s truly a blessing caring for your furry family friends.
