BOOK YOUR CLINIC APPOINTMENT ONLINE

Folks looking for low-cost clinic services from the Animal Care Center can now book appointments online.

These services include spay/neuter appointments, vaccination appointments, microchipping appointments, and euthanasia requests. The ACC offers these services to the community. The Animal Care Center reserves the right to deny services for any reason.

Euthanasia requests are for pets that are at the end of life due to illness, age, or injury. We will evaluate pets before fulfilling the request.

What an awesome 📸 of a humpback whale just off the coast of Garden City! 🐋

This cool image was captured by Drew Pamplin using a drone, and he was very intentional about doing it the right way. The image was taken from well over 100 yards away using the drone’s zoom lens, ensuring the whale was not disturbed in any way. Well done, Drew!

🚨 WE NEED A WASHING MACHINE! 🚨

At the shelter, we go through mountains of laundry every single day. Towels, blankets, bedding… you name it. It’s all part of keeping our animals clean, comfortable, and cared for.

Unfortunately, one of our washing machines recently called it quits, and with only one washer left, laundry is piling up faster than we can keep up. 😩🧺

We are kindly asking for your help:
• Gift cards to Lowe’s or Home Depot are greatly appreciated as we work toward replacing the broken washer.
• If anyone has a used washing machine in good working condition they’re willing to donate, please give us a call at 843-249-4948.
