Our client-facing team members from each Canine To Five location came together this week at our Commerce facility for a Client Experience seminar with Rosemarie from Olde Towne Pet Resort! 🐾

One of our core values is being forward-thinking, and we’re always looking for ways to push ourselves to be even better for our clients — both human and canine. 💡✨

Together, we explored new ways to build stronger bonds with pet parents, listen with empathy, offer tailored solutions for every dog, and deliver unreasonable hospitality. It was an inspiring day of growth, and our team loved getting to connect and learn in our beautiful Commerce location! 💙

Haley is positive, flexible, and caring about her work and helping out her team always! She is a great CSR, boarding support, and tiny town pack leader. Anything you ask her to do to help, she is on it. She takes great care of the groomers needs/requests when needed. She has an amazing talent of art and creativity especially whenever we need new signs made, the event sign, and the evaluation welcome board. Love having her as a part of our team! 😊
