Medical Monday!

656 days, that how long ago it was when we first saw this terrified, injured dog at Columbus animal control. She was let down by humans and was scared to be touched again, scared of the pain. Tator’s back legs had been severed, all the way to the bone. We said yes to Tator and have been caring for her ever since.

656 days, that’s how long Tator Tot has been waiting for her family. She is shy at first, but once she is comfortable she will become your instant best friend. She is left with the scars from her past, she does not let that stop her from loving 💜

Please donate towards our life saving programs, so we can continue to say yes to those like Tator Tot who are most at risk and without access to medical care.

Hey there, potential forever family! My name is Johnny and I am a handsome and solid male dog, just 5 years young. Let me tell you, I am the perfect companion for anyone looking for a best friend. My activity level is active, so I am always up for adventures and playtime with my humans.

As an alpha personality, I am confident and take charge, but don't worry, I am also incredibly friendly and love making new human friends. I am highly intelligent and always eager to learn new tricks and commands. But don't be fooled, I also have a playful side and can't resist squeaky toys and a good game of fetch.

‼️ Hazel NEEDS YOU ‼️

From the moment we looked Hazel in the eyes at Russell county animal control we knew she was special. When we said yes to Hazel, we meant it.

The condition of her body points towards a life of pain and suffering. Her body is covered in scars from years of living on concrete. Most of her teeth are missing from years of chewing on her cage trying to free herself. Her body tells us that she has given birth to more liters then we can bare to imagine.

Today her caregiver noticed that one of her mammary glands was not right and alerted staff immediately. Hazel was rushed to the vet, the news was not great. It is very likely that Hazel has Mammary Carcinoma, breast cancer. She will need to have surgery to have it removed.

Right now Hazel is such a sweet happy girl and that has not changed from the day we met her. We will do everything we can for Hazel to keep her pain free and comfortable as we give her the best ending to her life 💜

We need donations to cover the cost of her surgery. Please help us raise these funds for sweet Hazel, she deserves so much more than what she has been dealt.
