We are excited to share that our dog trainer, Ray, has recently renewed his certification as an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator!🎉

The American Kennel Club’s Canine Good Citizen program focuses on teaching dogs good manners and promoting responsible dog ownership. Through a 10 skill test, dogs and their owners learn the skills needed to become confident, well mannered companions. With consistent training, plenty of love, and positive reinforcement, every dog has the potential to be a great canine citizen!

We are proud of Ray for continuing his education and maintaining his certification to help dogs and their owners succeed.

Would you like your dog to become a Canine Good Citizen? Contact us to learn more about our training programs and how we can help you and your dog build good manners, confidence, and a stronger bond together!🐾

We have some VERY exciting news to share…

This year, Club Pooch was nominated for Howard County’s Best Dog Groomer and we WON!🎉

We are incredibly honored and grateful to everyone who took the time to vote and support us. This recognition means so much to our entire team!

And while the plaque may say Club Pooch, this accolade truly belongs to our groomer, Melanie!

Melanie is a one-woman show in our grooming department, so we honestly weren’t sure we stood a chance against the competition. But this victory is such an incredible testament to the amazing work she does every day and to just how much her clients, both human and dog, love her!

Melanie isn’t just an amazing groomer. She’s also an incredible assistant manager, teammate, and person, and we are so lucky to have her as part of the Club Pooch family.

Please help us congratulate Melanie on this well-deserved accomplishment!

We couldn’t be more proud of you, Melanie! ❤️
