✨𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐲 — 𝐚 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐨𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞.🐾

When we first found Bentley, he looked like he had been running for a while. His fur was painfully matted down to his skin, and he was covered in ticks. Despite how uncomfortable he must have been, Bentley still carried himself with such sweetness and hope.

Thanks to our amazing foster, his painful mats were gently shaved away, and he received treatment for his ticks. With care, comfort, and love, Bentley’s life has already changed for the better—and now he’s ready for the next chapter.❤️

Bentley is about 2–3 years old, neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. He’s dog-selective, especially with males, so that he would do best with a calm female dog companion or as your one-and-only. He’s playful, affectionate, and so eager to give his love to the right family.

This Saturday, from 8AM to 12PM at the Owasso Farmer and Artisan Market, two amazing Collinsville Girl Scouts will be hosting a donation drive for Ward-Wiseman Animal Haven!🐾💚

These generous girls are collecting donations to help the animals at our rescue—and we couldn't be more grateful. We are currently in need of items to include in the adoption bags we send home with each animal to help them feel more comfortable as they adjust to their new forever homes.🏡💖

Examples of items to donate:
- Dog & cat toys
- Blankets
- Dog & cat treats

✨ Please note: we are not in need of food at this time, as our fosters provide specific brands.✨

𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐲 — 𝐀 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 🐾

When we first found Bentley, he was in rough shape. His fur was severely matted to his skin, and he was covered in ticks. But even with all that discomfort, Bentley's spirit never wavered. He greeted us with love and tail wags, and we knew he was ready for a fresh start.

We immediately got him vet care, started him on tick treatment, and his amazing foster stepped up to bathe him and remove his matted fur so it can grow back healthy and soft.

Now, Bentley is thriving in his foster home! He's around 2–3 years old, weighs 25–30 lbs, and is fully grown. He's neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines. He's currently working on his basic obedience and doing well with crate training.

Bentley is dog-selective—especially with male dogs—so a meet & greet is required if you already have a pup at home. We'll arrange one after we receive an approved adoption application. He hasn't been introduced to cats and is not suited for a farm setting (he thinks cows and goats are for chasing!).

Bentley is a loving, playful boy with a big heart, and he'd make a wonderful family dog.

**Meet Bentley, our latest foster dog!**

Bentley is a medium-sized terrier mix with a big heart and an even bigger personality. He was found as a stray, COVERED in ticks and matted hair. Despite the rough shape he was in—Bentley has remained sweet, friendly, and eager to connect.

He absolutely loves people, enjoys playtime, and is proving to be a very smart boy. He’s doing great with obedience and crate training and thrives on positive attention. Bentley is an alert barker and likes to keep tabs on what’s happening around him.

He is male dog-selective and would do best with a female dog or being the only dog.
If you have a pup of your own, a meet-and-greet will be required to make sure they’re a good fit. Bentley is *not* a farm dog—he tends to chase farm animals—so he’ll do best in a home without livestock.

Bentley is up to date on all vaccinations, microchipped, and was neutered last week. He’s on the mend, inside and out, and looking for a forever home where he can continue to shine. Could that be with you?
