A little late posting but I wanted to share some awesome photos of June 27-29 horse show at Stableview event center. We had the most fun and all our horses and riders rode exceptionally well.

Congratulations to Stephanie and Maverick on their debut weekend showing in long stirrup, earning champion awards both Saturday and Sunday.

Gately’s Dun dreaming and Leena put down really nice trips with both champion and reserve champion awards for the weekend in short stirrup.

Benjamin Moore and Eleanor also had a great weekend in Walk/Trot with champion Saturday and reserve champion on Sunday.

Looking forward to the next show and hopefully cooler temperatures!

We are looking for a part time helper who can work both weekdays and weekends! This person will need to be able to move horses in and out from pastures, clean stalls, feed/give medicines, clean pastures and any other barn/horse care needs we may have. This person must be able to work unsupervised and be willing to take a background check. Message us for additional information.

We have some BIG news to share! 🏇First, we have a new name- Palisades Equestrian Center is changing the business name to Huffstetler Equine. 🏡Second, we have a new home! Huffstetler Equine, together with the Palisades Episcopal School Equestrian program, are moving to a new farm in Clover SC! We will be off line for the next week, getting the horses moved and settled in, but we look forward to sharing some looks at the new farm very soon!

Huffstetler Equine LLC had a great “WET” time this past weekend at Highfields Event Center for their Spring Mother’s Day show. We had a small group of three riders and they all did wonderfully considering the wet conditions.
Micaela and Answer Me This had their dedut weekend showing together in the pre-adult division with really great trips, gaining tri-colored ribbons.
Benjamin Moore & Olivia got reserve champion at her first ever show in walk /Trot.
Defne and Wildwynn Jets Reign walked away with Champion Both days in the crossrail division.

Congratulations to the Kina family on the lease of Cadets Mateo “Hobbs”! We can’t wait to see Hobbs and Brooklyn continue to shine together in the ring. It’s always so gratifying to see longtime students find the perfect partner and these two are a great match!! Thank you for putting your trust in us for so many years and thanks to the Vasquez family for sharing this perfect boy. 🦄🦄🦄

With a heavy heart we have to let everyone know that Max passed away this morning. We have had the pleasure of being his owners since September of 2014 and he has blessed us and every person who has met him. He truly was a once in a lifetime horse we will never forget!

If you have any photos of Max in his many years with us please feel free to share them in the comments. We would love to see all the many families and children he has touched with his kind soul. Like the show name we gave him, he was truly “one in a million”.

First show of the 2024 show season at Sedgefield at the Park was a ton of fun. The weather was all over the place but we all had a wonderful time and the photos came out beautiful ❤️

Defne and Wildwynn Jets Reign won their hunter on the flat and had some tri colored ribbons over all. Great first trip out together and Defne’s only second show ever showing in crossrails.

Emma and Benjamin Moore and Stephanie and Gately’s Dun Dreaming both moved up to long stirrup this show and put down some really great trips with tri colored ribbons. Super impressed with how polished both riders were and their amazing horses!

Landry and Abercrombie looked amazing in long stirrup with lots of blues and tri colored ribbons. They also received 5th out of a big Mini Derby on her very first Derby ever!

We are so proud of all 4 riders and the huge amount of growth and improvement they have had this winter!

Looking forward to the rest of the 2024 show season!

End of 2023 horse show photo drop. I’m so incredibly proud of team PEC this year. LOTS of growth in both riders and horses and LOTS of ribbons to show for all the hard work. I’m super proud of everyone and wishing the best of luck to the 2024 show season.
