Just walking down Fifth Steet, and what does she see?? Something you only see in a wonderful rural community like ours. Since February, Jack Cameron is in the process of training gelding yearling Pacific Rey (barn name Rayo.) Yesterday, it was Rayo's day to get used to town traffic, coached by mentor horse Cowboy. They came nose to nose with an iron steed, as traffic slowed down to marvel at the scene.

ALL ABOUT CATTLE
Clifton Feed and Service invites the public to our Beef Cattle Management Meeting at 6 p.m. Friday, August 15 in the Clifton Civic Center.
This will be the final session of our Beef Cattle Short Course that we began in March. We will summarize the sessions that were covered and conclude with a discussion on Long Term Planning.

HELPING OUT A FRIEND
A friend asked Helga to water the plants while they were away for a few days - 'cos, before you know it potted plants will wilt and wither pitifully in this summer heat if you don't water them every day. Pup Caliche helped out, and enjoyed some hydration too.
