IT'S FAIR TIME!!!
Helga loves spending time at the Central Texas Youth Fair! Here she's at the judging of the commercial heifer pens. Her friend Mr. Steve and his friend judge Chris Corby got to see some pretty cows.
During the fair, Helga's seen broilers, rabbits, youth building ag equipment. Oh, and not to forget all those mouth-watering cakes, and beautiful crops and Home Economics exhibits. She's always so impressed by the youthful exhibitors and how well they show their livestock and other projects. In her eyes, everyone's a winner!

RIDE THOSE HILLS!
It was quite the sight to see nearly 200 cyclists embark on the Tour de Norway routes on Bosque County roads last Saturday.
Helga loves to hear the hum of the gears as the cyclists pass by. By the "oofs" and the "wows" at the top of the hill, it was clear our rolling Bosque hills were a good challenge for even the most seasoned riders, especially if they were against the wind too.
